1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website at redmagicstorage.com (the "Site"), reserve a storage space, or maintain a storage rental with us, and how we use, share, and protect that information.
By using the Site or reserving a space, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who is responsible for your information
Red Magic Boat & RV Storage, LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Our Site and customer platform are built and operated for us by CyberCloak.Tech, which acts as our service provider (data processor) and handles your information only on our instructions and to provide and support the platform. CyberCloak.Tech personnel may access customer information as needed to develop, host, secure, maintain, and support the service.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored in hashed form), or, if you use a sign-in link, your email address only.
- Stored-property information: the type of RV, boat, trailer, vehicle, or equipment you store and details such as make, model, year, color, approximate length, and license plate.
- Reservation information: the storage plan and space you select and your reservation and rental history.
- Optional information: any additional details you choose to give us, such as insurance information, emergency contacts, authorized users, or notes, including through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
- Communications: messages, requests, and other information you send to us by email, phone, text, or mail.
Information collected automatically
- Log and device data: your IP address, browser type and settings, the pages you visit, and the dates and times of your visits, collected by our hosting provider in the normal course of operating the Site.
- Acceptance records: when you accept our Rental Agreement, Facility Rules, Terms & Conditions, and this Privacy Policy, we record the date and time, the IP address and browser used, and the version of each document you accepted.
- Cookies: we use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See Section 6.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are collected directly by Stripe on its secure systems and are not stored on or transmitted through our servers. We receive from Stripe limited information such as a payment confirmation, the last four digits and brand of your card, billing amounts and dates, and Stripe customer and transaction identifiers.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- create and manage your account and your storage reservation and rental;
- assign a storage space and administer the storage relationship;
- process payments, deposits, refunds, and recurring billing through Stripe;
- prepare, deliver, and keep records of your Rental Agreement and related documents;
- contact you about billing, facility access, weather or emergency conditions, security matters, your stored property, and changes to rules, rates, or policies;
- respond to your questions and provide customer support;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our services;
- keep business records and comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and enforce our agreements.
We send transactional and service messages only (for example, receipts, payment reminders, account notices, and facility notifications). We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional email campaigns.
5. How we share your information
We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information with companies that perform services for us, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing those services:

Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Red Magic Storage, our customers, or others; or to investigate suspected fraud or misconduct.
Business transfers
If Red Magic Storage is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its business or assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide notice and choices consistent with it.
6. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies — primarily to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. Because we do not use analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the Site may not work properly if you block essential cookies.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep account, reservation, rental, agreement, and payment records for as long as your account or rental is active and for seven (7) years afterward, to support tax and accounting requirements and the period in which legal claims may be brought. After that, we delete or anonymize the information, except where a longer retention period is required by law or reasonably necessary for an ongoing dispute.
Server and security logs are kept for a shorter period in the normal course of operating the Site.
Stripe retains payment records under its own retention policies and legal obligations.
8. How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and the use of established hosting and payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information is stored and processed in the United States.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you can view and update your account and property information from your dashboard, or contact us for help.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information. We will do so unless we are required or permitted by law to keep it — for example, records tied to a current rental, unpaid balances, tax and accounting obligations, or an active or anticipated legal claim.
- Communications: service messages are a necessary part of maintaining a storage rental and cannot be turned off while your rental is active. You can close your account by contacting us and, where applicable, ending your rental under the Rental Agreement.
If you live in a state or country whose laws give you additional privacy rights, contact us at info@redmagicstorage.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
10. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter into a storage rental. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our service providers or partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Site with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Site or your storage rental after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
